You want to eat healthy, but sometimes you need to eat less than others. The main thing that should be in your diet is protein. You need to eat a lot of protein for an efficient sleep. I know the word 'protein' sounds pretty meaningless. But protein is the fuel of the body and can make your body work better. Protein is a key player for your body. A lot of supplements are not the answer. The most important thing is protein. Protein should be your food and supplement. If you don't have protein in your diet, you can't be as healthy as you want to be. I want to talk a bit more about protein now. What is protein?
