I am trying to give a recommendation to all you who want more health. If you are not sure, try some products for yourself and let me know how they worked out.
Why are I recommending these products?
There are lots of products to choose from when it comes to health. You will find a lot of products, which are good, that have many ingredients and are safe for people to take. However, the other part of the health market is also not so good. There is lot of fake products which are very bad. You will find many products that are not even that good, at least in quality.
Here are my recommendations for healthy alternatives: 1. Water. 2. Fruit. 3. Whole-grain bread. 4. Milk (and soy milk). 5. Vegetables. 6. Fish. 7. Protein supplements. 8. Probiotic supplements. 9. Antibiotics. 10. Omega 3 & 6, and other micronutrients. 11. Herbs. 12. Nutritional yeast (to boost metabolism and energy). 13. Organic foods. 14. Vitamins A, B12, D, E, and K. 15. A good diet with low fat, high protein, and lots of vegetables and fruits. 16. Regular exercise. 17. Being active all of the time, whether you play a sports or not. 18. Being physically active, but not as much as you want, not playing too much. 19. Getting good sleep.
